RYAN STARK is a visual artist from Memphis and a graduate of the University of Memphis. He works with ink, oil pastel, and digital art programs to create his pieces. Ryan incorporates scratchy lines, cartoonish expressions, warm colors, and loose figures to create strange and care-free visuals, such as "Bathing in the Solar Eclipse" (cover) and "Animal Instincts" (table of contents). If Ryan’s not drawing, he’s probably drinking coffee, playing guitar, or watching cartoons.
